Brad & Liliana here!

So, more than anything, we love to travel and experience other cultures. It has given us a wider lens on how to see the world. We now live in the US, but I, Brad, was born and raised in Italy until I was 12 and grew up in Bucks County, PA. I have had the opportunity to live in many other places. I spent 10 years in Kenya doing humanitarian work and also recently lived in Colombia, South America where I met my lovely wife, and sometimes bar assistant, Liliana. Somos bilingue!

While I have many stories from my years of bartending, some of my favorite premium bartending experiences have been as a guest enjoying a drink just like you alongside my love, Liliana. I generally prefer a good lager but here are my three favorite cocktail memories.

I remember my first “Kahlúa and Cream” at a good friend’s wedding. I have a sweet-tooth and love coffee. What an underrated cocktail!

We recently attended another wedding in Colombia and one of their signature drinks was a delicious “Mai Tai” served with a dry-ice cube. The effect was really fun, but don’t get that ice in your mouth 😯!

My favorite cocktail experience was all about the location and vibe. A “Mojito” at sunset, crafted in a mobile beach-bar-hut, on a tiny island in the Caribbean, with Marley playing in the background. Everything just hit perfectly. That moment will be hard to beat.
